Hajiya Fatima Ahmad Aliyu, the First Lady of Sokoto State, envisioned a society where every woman and child has access to basic necessities of life, quality education, and healthcare services.

As the wife of His Excellency, Governor Ahmad Aliyu, she has made it her mission to complement the state government's efforts through targeted humanitarian interventions.
